Group classes are flowing, precise and fun. We use small equipment to assist with added resistance as we work through the classical mat Pilates exercises.

The apparatus, in the studio, can facilitate many Pilates exercises safely and effectively, offering assistance and resistance. Precise movement can be achieved with the support of the springs. The equipment also allows the teacher to view the client in a symmetrical grid, creating an ideal environment for alignment corrections. Added resistance from the varying choice of springs will gradually increase the individuals strength and flexibility to reach a functional level, relative to the client’s physique, abilities and goals. Free parking available.

Private & shared lessons take place at my studio in Ripley. (48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your session, otherwise full payment will be taken)
